Weddings

We endeavor to capture the unique beauty of every wedding we are invited to attend, guiding you through the steps required to attain the best possible photographs from your wedding, while not letting the photography take over the event. Working along with you, your family, and your wedding vendors, we will develop a schedule that accommodates everyone.

With over 17 years in the portrait and wedding industry, and hundreds of weddings photographed, we can meet all of your critical portrait expectations. Most importantly, I have a genuine desire to help you in any way I can. I am always available to offer consultation time free of charge and encourage clients to utilize my knowledge to their advantage. Whenever possible, we like to attend your rehearsal, to view the ceremony setup and give insights into techniques of making the photos the best they possibly can be.

We are a fully digital portrait studio, the first in Alaska, and are happy to provide services that take full advantage of our digital flexability. We can provide multiple sets of proof files for family and friends to view and order from. We provide an online hosted gallery of select images for persons who were not able to come to the wedding to view and order directly online. These galleries can be either open (anyone can click and enter them) or secured (password required to access). We photograph everything in color and, through the power of digital imaging, can produce color, black and white or toned prints, as well as charcoal sketches, watercolor or Gicleé prints, canvas prints, mixed composites, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

Wedding Packages
We have wedding packages that range in price from $2,400 to $17,000. We are happy to discuss the options available and make sure your package meets your needs. Please call the studio for a personal consultation.
Here is a list of our PACKAGE OPTIONS

Image and Copyright Release Option - $375
As a special benefit to our clients, we offer the option to purchase original copy files of the images taken at your event, along with the copyright license to have those image files reproduced at your choice of professional image processing companies (or we will print them for you at a reduced rate). This affords you the security of knowing that a copy (or several) are in secure locations, and multiple family members can have discs for their personal use. We include up to three sets of discs (it usually takes 2-4 discs per event for all the images) at no additional charge, then charge $5 per disc for additional copies. Of course, we always have your files available here at the studio, and we also keep an additional copy in our fire safe in a secondary location off-premises. This option is particularly beneficial to those who may be leaving Alaska in the near future (military transfers, job relocations, school, etc.) and would like to have the ability to have prints made up themselves without having to contact the studio for reprints.
